The event will be held at a beautiful cafe on the main square, just a few minutes from the city hall on the main square where the Mayor's Welcome Event will be.

Details
The Speaker's reception this year has 2 parts
6.30-7.30pm: Speakers are invited to the Mayor's welcome in the City Hall on the Town Square from 6.30-7.30pm. From there, the Speakers will be invited to walk the 15 minutes to the Natural History Museum where the second part of the 'Speaker's Reception' will be held. The Speakers Reception will go on until around 10 pm and we understand a full buffet dinner will be provided.
As a number of UK delegates will not be attending the Speaker's Reception and might like to meet colleagues for dinner that evening, we are proposing a beautiful restaurant for you, opposite the City hall in the Town Square. If you would like to join other ASDC members for this, simply book your place below. We will book you a table for 7.45pm and tell you who is coming in advance.
If you are a speaker
We suggest you go to both parts of the speaker's reception and eat there, then return to the town square to join other UK delegates for a drink at about 9.15 at the beautiful Le Florida. Bring a map to find your way back.
We will need to book space at Le Florida even for the drinks, so please tell us if you intend to come by giving your name and organisation via our online booking. Also tell us if you want dinner or not. We would be grateful if you can do this by May 23, 5pm.
