Cait Campbell
Project Manager
Cait is the ASDC Project Manager and Sustainability Manager. She develops and manages the content, collaborations, events and stakeholders within our strategic STEM programmes, such as 'Our World From Space', the largest ASDC national project to date.
Cait joined ASDC in October 2019 and went straight into organising the 2019 ASDC National Conference 'Vision 2020' which was held at the Science Museum in London. Her organisational skills, ability to collaborate and manage a variety of stakeholders and passion for environmental sustainability led her to project manage Operation Earth, working alongside the climate and environmental communicators, advocate and activists from 10 science centres and museums across the UK. She became ASDC's full time project manager in July 2021 and is currently working on a variety national STEM programmes as well as planning the ASDC National Conference.
Cait has always been passionate about inspiring and involving more people in the fascinating world of science. She fondly remembers going on school trips to Techniquest in Cardiff and hopes all children get this opportunity through the work of ASDC and our member organisations.
In 2022 Cait became ASDC's Sustainability Manager with the responsibility of implementing its new green policy and managing the ASDC Decarbonisation Group for ASDC members who are also on this journey.
