Exhibitors 2024

Exhibiting at the ASDC National Conference is open to ASDC Members, providing a key opportunity to present your services in-person to CEOs and senior leaders in science and discovery centres and museums, eco-attractions and university and research-led public engagement departments from organisations around the UK. By joining ASDC as an Associate Member, your business will have visibility throughout the year with multiple opportunities to connect with all of our members.

The conference is a key highlight of the year for ASDC members, providing a platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and collaboration, attracting a diverse audience eager to engage with cutting-edge ideas and technologies.

This is an excellent chance to raise your profile, generate leads, and forge meaningful connections within this unique visitor attraction and STEM engagement network.

Exhibitors are also welcome to take part in the conference by making a submission to run a session. The call for submissions will be opening soon.

The exhibition area is situated throughout the City of London Rooms 1, 2 and 3 (see Royal Society brochure) alongside the catering stations providing regular opportunities to engage with delegates throughout the event.

For just £732 (plus VAT) the exhibitor package includes:

  • 2 x Delegate tickets for the whole conference (days 1 and 2)
  • Lunch and catering throughout the two days (dinner on 28th not included)
  • A 1.5m trestle table with space for pop up banners

Access from 9.00am Monday 18th November, de-rig from 4.30pm Tuesday 19th November.

Delegates will be arriving from lunchtime on Monday 18th November.

Cost: £732 to exhibit and £468 for Associate Membership, total £1,200 plus VAT

Optional Extras: Electricity with extension lead for £15 plus VAT and tablecloth £11.25 plus VAT

Exhibitors can have deliveries made to the venue. Full details included with the contract.
