Facilities mate, International Centre for Life

We are looking for a facilities mate to assist in the day-to-day facilities management of the Centre. Key duties will include being responsible for monitoring security systems, CCTV, access control, the building management system, the car park and wider minor maintenance tasks.

The successful candidate will have good customer service skills, knowledge of basic building services systems (e.g. fire alarms, heating, ventilation, and security systems), an awareness of security procedures and be flexible to carry out basic handy person type skills.
