The Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh is one of the world’s top four botanic gardens based on the quality, breadth and depth of our science, plant collections, public engagement, and education. We are looking for a qualified and engaging individual to provide teaching and support learning related to plant biodiversity science for our undergraduate horticulture programmes and contribute to improving courses, modules, and learner experiences to support the department and division’s strategic aims.
This wide-ranging role involves all aspects of delivery, lesson planning, development of learning resources, marking, and evaluating the courses. You’ll also provide student support, including supervising projects, field excursions, and pastoral care, and will be working closely with colleagues and academic partners.
