You’ll be part of the Estates Services Team, working as a Shift Supervisor with responsibility for the Estates Services Officer on duty to look after our Estate.
During your shifts you’ll supervise and be part of the team that monitors and patrols our 6-acre site, providing excellent customer service to visitors of Millennium Square Car Park, and all our open spaces, as well as looking out for and reporting any suspicious incidents, dealing with vehicles on site and issuing parking enforcement tickets when needed, as well as providing first level fault-finding for our car park equipment.
From our Estates Services Control Room, you’ll monitor our CCTV and manage our fire alarm systems and access control software, and be a first point of contact for contractors and visitors to the site.
