STEM Learning’s vision is a world-leading STEM education for all young people across the UK. To achieve this, it provides a range of support to formal and informal education, including subject-specific professional development for teachers and other educators, quality assured resources, support for STEM Clubs and other activities, and a student-facing experiences. The Role
This crucial role will be accountable for the efficient operational management of the STEM Ambassador programme, as well as leading improvements and innovation of the customer experience of all stakeholders engaging with the programme.
You will give specific focus to teachers and educators, ensuring that their engagement builds high levels of re-engagement accessing high quality support. Key to this is ensuring a positive customer journey across all aspects of the programme including online via the STEM Ambassador platform, STEM Community and STEM Learning site, or through the Central Services team.
You will work closely with a range of stakeholders to embed employer and HE institute partnership engagement and contribute to cross-cutting activities. Your success in this role will contribute positively to building STEM Learning’s reputation as ‘the partner of choice’ for employers, professional bodies and others wanting to engage in and support STEM.

The role holder will be required to undertake UK travel and occasional overnight stays. Flexibility of working hours will be required to meet the demands of the role at key times.
