Are you enthusiastic about working in a customer-facing role and helping visitors to find out more about Scotland’s amazing marine environment? This could be the role for you as we are looking for a permanent and a seasonal Visitor Experience Assistant.
Our Visitor Experience Assistants are key members of the team who act as the first point of contact for visitors, welcoming them to the Centre in North Berwick which provides a cafe, gift shop, boat trips and marine Discovery Experience for visitors to explore. Our goal is to ensure that everyone, from near and far, has a genuinely memorable experience when they visit us.
