We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced leader to join the visitor experience team as Visitor Experience Manager at Thinktank Birmingham Science Museum.
This role will lead on the delivery of our Visitor Experience across the organisation. The post holder will work collaboratively with the Head of Visitor Experience to create and execute a delivery plan that ensures the Visitor Experience Strategy is delivered to the highest standard. You will be responsible for training, leading and developing Visitor Experience Assistants to deliver a world-class visitor experience.
