Visitor Services Team Member, Catalyst Science Discovery Centre and Museum

The Visitor Services Team Members are responsible to the Visitor Services Manager to ensure the delivery of an exceptional visitor experience, ensuring the safety of the public at all times, including familiarity with fire, emergency lift evacuation and first aid procedures. We are looking for

• A friendly, enthusiastic and highly motivated person.
• Previous experience in a visitor facing position.
• Organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to plan and prioritise workload effectively.
• Excellent communication and team working skills that maintain collaborative working relationships at all levels.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, till systems (although training will be given).
