Space Ranger Mission Resources
We have teamed up with Disney and Pixar and our members to create some fun activities you can download and enjoy at home or at school.
Calling all Space Rangers! Choose your mission from the activities below to explore some of the STEM themes inspired by Disney and Pixar's Lightyear.
All of the activities have written guides to follow and templates where needed. Most of these can be done with things you'd find at home - just remember to always have the supervision of a responsible adult! They can also be used in schools or science clubs.
There are also two science "explainer" documents to to help teachers and science communicators when talking to students or the public about the physics and astronomy behind two of the big science themes from the film.

Hunting Alien Lifeforms
When Space Rangers explore space and other planets they sometimes find alien life forms. So far
in real-life we have yet to find any – but scientists are looking for evidence of life on other planets.
We think that the most common life forms might be unicellular bacteria (eg bacteria that only has
one cell). In this activity you can conduct your own search for microscopic life!
