A list of accessibility tools to share with your teams:
- The “check accessibility” function under the tools tab in all Microsoft applications. Just like a spell checker, with easy suggestions to make your document more accessible.
- Immersive Reader – transforms the reading experience of websites for anyone with dyslexia.
- AI-powered captions for PowerPoint presentations – simple to use and impressively accurate.
- Accessibility Insights for Web - free extension for Chrome and Edge that gives recommendations for any website on how to be more accessible.
- For further guidance have a look at the Microsoft Accessibility Blog for practical guides to implementing digital accessibility in your communications.
